DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. FOTO SHOOT provides following photography services;… FOTO SHOOT will take photographs as per clients’ requests, however, allowing for artistic expression. We shall provide clients’ content a minimum of 10 working days after the shoot and upon COMPLETE PAYMENT of service fee.

PAYMENT. An initial deposit of 50% of the fee is to be made upon reservation. The payment should be completed immediately after the photo shoot of event.

MAKING A RESERVATION

To guarantee a spot, make a reservation (a minimum of 15 business days) before the event. For urgent shoots, please call the following number 651-343-7952

In the case where there is need for a change with respect to the reservation date, this should be done at least 14 calendar days before the event.

It is the client ‘s responsibility to notify FOTO SHOOT 14 business days prior to the event. FOTO SHOOT reserves the right to retain the deposit should the client fail to timely alert us of any cancellation. However, a 100% refund could be done if a 14-day notification prior to the event was done, 50% refund if done before 7 business days, and NO REFUND if cancellation was done less than 7 days before the event.

Do you consent to allowing FOTO SHOOT to display selected content (pictures, videos etc.) resulting from this assignment to be used on our platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) for promotional purposes and for entrance into photographic competitions and release all claims to profits that may arise from use of content.
